Parking area

Entrance
The church has two entrances. The main entrance presents in succession: 5 steps (15 cm high each) and three consecutive doors (the first one is a double leaf door - 68 cm wide each; the second one is a hinged door - 103 cm wide; the third one is a hinged door - 77 cm wide).
From the entrance in via Enrico Caronti, on the left side of the church, after passing a gate (width 87 cm) and a hinged door (91 cm wide) you reach the left side aisle. From the side aisle an inclined ramp (100 cm long, slope of 8%) leads to the central nave.

Getting around
The church of Santo Stefano was built in the seventeenth century on early Christian and Romanesque buildings and is divided into three naves.
Frescoed by Luigi Tagliaferri, it preserves a silver processional cross from 1539, paintings from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and a copy of the fresco by Luini called the "Virgin Mary with Jesus and an Angel". The side aisles contain two large canvases from the Flemish school.
The main altar can be accessed by passing 2 steps (15 cm high each), and it is surrounded by copper medallions depicting scenes from the life of the Virgin.
The church has benches (seat height: 44 cm) and chairs (seat height: 45 cm).
On the side aisles there are some chapels that can be visited by overcoming a step (14 cm high).
