Getting around.
San Michele was built in the seventeenth century on the ruins of a previous church. The entrance door in ebony is adorned with two cornucopias in high relief. The church consists of a single nave that can be visited without obstacles and has benches with kneelers (seat height: 46 cm).
The altar can be reached by passing 3 steps (16 cm high each); the four side chapels, dedicated to the relics, to the Sacred Heart, to the Madonna del Rosario and to San Rocco, are preceded by 2 steps (15 cm high each).
The church is richly decorated with floral patterned stuccos and many frescoes that embellish the interior.
