Interior spaces
The church was built in the site of a chapel dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie, it was commissioned by Ludovico il Moro and realized for the Dominican Brothers in Lombard Gothic style between 1466 and 1490. The church has three naves, with seven chapels on each side, and they are accessible. From here it is possible to access the bookshop by a door (79 cm) and the Chiostro delle Rane. This cloister can be reached even from the side entrance, in Via Caradosso, through 6 steps down (h 15 cm), handrail on the right. It is possible to reach the Bramante’s Sacristy from the Chiostro delle Rane overcoming two steps (h 12 cm) and a door (110 cm).
