Getting around
The splendid and imposing fifteenth-century basilica is the largest church of the diocese of Brescia; the construction began in late-Gothic style and continued in Renaissance style. The interior is richly decorated and contains important frescoes. The building has a central nave and two side aisles, which can be visited without obstacles. It has benches (seat height: 50 cm).

On the left aisle, there are nine chapels, which have a step at the entrance and are closed by iron gates. The presbytery, also closed by a majestic gate, houses the main altar and a large organ with precious painted doors.
