How to Get There by Public Transport
There is a bus stop for lines 2, 3, 9, and 14 of Brescia Mobilità 250 meters from the facility. Additionally, the Stazione FS metro stop and the Brescia train station are located 900 meters away.

Parking
The facility offers some parking spaces for guests. The parking lot is connected to the entrance by an elevator, which can be accessed via a sloped driveway paved with asphalt (slope 21%).
You can also park in the blue stripes about 100 meters from the B&B, where there is also a parking spot reserved for holders of a CUDE disabled pass. From the parking lot, you can reach the entrance via a metal-grate footbridge.

Entrance
The main entrance features five external steps (height 17 cm), which can be overcome via a sloped ramp (slope 2%) and a swing door (width 90 cm); there are also five internal steps (height 10 cm), which can be overcome using a stair lift (capacity 230 kg).

The hotel offers both table service and a buffet. On request, customized menus for guests with specific dietary needs are available.

Safety

Within the facility, emergency routes are well-marked. The alarm system is designed to provide visual and audible warnings. There are also fire alarm systems with visual and audible signals.
