Parking
The vacation home offers convenient parking reserved for customers. The path from the parking lot to the entrance is barrier-free and paved compactly. In addition, holders of CUDE disabled passes can use two parking spaces located just 20 meters from the property, with an easy and asphalted path to the entrance.

Entrance
To access the property, you pass through an external gate with a width of 95 cm. Then, you enter the building through a ramp with a 10% slope, followed by a double door with a total width of 135 cm. After this door, there are 6 steps, but they can be overcome thanks to a stairlift with a width of 80 cm, depth of 80 cm, and a load capacity of 250 kg. The stairlift is independently operated with keys. Finally, the entrance door to the house has a width of 89 cm.

Apartment equipped for people with motor disabilities
The property has an apartment specially equipped for people with motor disabilities. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and includes a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bedroom has a door width of 79 cm and is furnished with a double bed (height 39 cm, right side space 100 cm, left side space 130 cm, foot space 120 cm, and 2 movable sides) and a wardrobe usable also by a person in a wheelchair.
The bathroom is fully equipped for people with disabilities and includes a swing door with a width of 70 cm, a suspended sink adjustable in height (height 87 cm, front space 100 cm), a floor toilet (height 50 cm, front space 94 cm, left side space greater than 150 cm, right side space 35 cm, with handles on both sides and a bidet shower), and a floor-level shower with non-slip flooring and a seat. There is also ample maneuvering space for a wheelchair.

Kitchen and living room
The kitchen is accessible through a door with a width of 69 cm. The table has a free space underneath of 71 cm (by removing the drawer) and a kitchen countertop height of 88 cm. The living room has a door width of 79 cm and includes an electric armchair with a lift. There is a step of 5 cm to access the terrace from the living room, but this step can be overcome via a removable metal ramp.
