Parking  area
The Infopoint is in Piazza Mazzini near the pier.
It is possible to park  along the lakefront on the blue stripes, where there is also a parking place for disabled pass holders.

Entrance
The entrance has 4 consecutive steps (9 cm high each) that can be overcome with a ramp (length: 4 m, slope of 5%) and a hinged door (120 cm wide).

Getting around
The interior space is small and does not allow a wheelchair to rotate. There is an information desk (counter height: 70 cm).

Toilet facilities
Outside the tourist office, on the right side, there is a pay toilet equipped for people with disabilities.
