Getting there by public transport

Parking area
The Tourist Office is situated near the lakefront. It is possible to park in the square in front of the entrance on the blue stripes; there is also a parking space reserved for disabled pass holders.

Entrance
The entrance to the building presents in succession a ramp (length: 2 meters, slope of 6%) and a hinged door (100 cm wide). Further 6 consecutive steps (16 cm high each) or alternatively an elevator leads to the first floor, where the information office is.

Lift
The elevator connects the 4 floors of the structure and is located immediately after the entrance of the building; it has the following characteristics:

• door width: 90 cm;  cabin: inner space 127x90 cm
• elevator level button panel with embossed Braille printing (115 cm above the floor)
• emergency bell (130 cm high above the floor).

Getting around
The tourist office is located on the first floor of the building. The interior space, wide and accessible, has an information desk (counter height: 104 cm).
