There are 3 parking spaces reserved for people with permits for citizens with disability around 200 metres from the Basilica, in piazza Medaglie d’Oro Comasche.

Entrance
Entrance to the basilica is from piazza San Fedele, by way of two double panelled doors (71 cm and 90 cm wide) and 2 consecutive steps (h 20 cm). The side entrance from via Vittorio Emanuele II has a step (h 5 cm) and two single panelled doors (60 cm and 110 cm wide).

Interior
The Basilica di San Fedele has a central and two lateral naves, all of which are free of obstacles. The church has benches with kneeling stools and chairs (h 50 cm). There are two chapels to the sides of the presbytery, Cappella del Crocefisso and Cappella della Madonna Purificata, both with one step (h 18 cm).
Access to the altar is by means of 3 consecutive steps (h 18 cm).
